Congressional candidate and Central Michigan University professor Gary Peters showed he doesn't care about students by scheduling the biannual public policy forum on the night of the year's top football game.
Peters, who is challenging Congressman Joe Knollenberg, organized this semester's Griffin Forum on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the same time as the football game in Kalamazoo against CMU rival Western Michigan University.
This is just another sign he has never cared about CMU -- he's just using the job to pay the bills, he doesn't care about educating students. Peters previously told the Politico newspaper he was teaching at Eastern Michigan University. He also forgot to mention CMU as his Facebook profile. His scheduling snafu was criticized by the student newspaper in an editorial published today.
