    While Michigan's Legislature considers the State of Michigan Budget; Michiganders should be aware that Michigan's Population growth is projected as flat through 2030 [ US Census Bureau data  here] or at http://www.census.gov/population/www/projections/statepyramid.html .
    Now ranked eighth most populous state in America, Michigan is projected to be the eleventh most populous state in 2030.
