Last night we held the first weekly Right Roots Action Day, this one at the Michigan Republican Call Center in Jenison, dropping absentee chase and voter identification calls into Grand Rapids in support of Dan Tietema.

Dan's got a fight on his hands as he goes up against an entrenched incumbent in tax-hiking Democrat Robert Dean.

By the time the dust settled the Right Roots had directly touched well over 700 voters with Dan's tax relief message.

Thanks especially to Juli on the Web and Kevin Rex Heine for being the biggest rockstars of the night.  And thanks to Representative Dave Agema for swinging by and saying hello to everyone.

We had great numbers but aren't near meeting our potential.  So stay tuned... we'll be back at it in another district next week.
