Even the city council wants Kwame out!

Foxnews is running a little blurb about how a 7-1 city council vote passed a 'no-confidence' resolution in regards to Kilpatrick. Although they don't have the power to remove him, it's still a powerful message that people really don't like this guy.

But of course:

Kilpatrick Chief of Staff Kandia Milton said after the vote that the mayor has no intention of quitting despite the council's resolution

Shocker. Why would Kwame step down even though everyone and their kid brother (except Monica Conyers, who was the lone vote against) know the guy is trash?
