The power to change at willBy principalityclothing, Section News
An essay on expectations and accountability for Robert Dean.
About two weeks ago I was driving in what many would call a monsoon. Rain, wind and debris were abundant. And like many men, I take pride in my vehicle and it's performance. When buying my car and deciding to purchase, take interest and own this mechanism, I pursued efficiency and quality.
Moving on. So I notice a lack of quality. Yes, I needed new wiper blades. Fortunately, I didn't need a process of choosing, being pandered and an explosive like buildup to one day choosing new wiper blades. They were given a chance to perform and, like Chauncy Billups against the Celtics, did not come through. I delighted in knowing that I control the destiny of these wiper blades. Emotionless in my pursuit for quality, I had them replaced at my last oil change. I elated in my new blades and their workmanship. In fact after wahsing my car after the oil change that replaced my wiper blades, a bird dropped a deuce on my windshield. Angered, I was prompted to test the new wiper blades. They answered the call. Do I need to explain the relation? In Grand Rapids, we have a representative that lacks poor quality and workmanship yet is triumphed due to emotional responses to his life journey and his opposing often combative views. So as I and many others think what has happened to our political process when voters reinforce negative conduct not for pragmatic approach but for emotional responses, I sigh. For I will always have the power to change and see clear. So I got that going for me. Which is nice.
