    Kudos to you.  Page is doing precisely what lawyers are supposed to do -- behave like impotent bullies.

    on a comment at my site, it seems Page has made an attempt to explain.

    It is hard for those of us who aren't a part of the Union psyche to understand all of the complexities involved in these transactions.  However, misunderstanding aside, the apparent facts seem indicative of some sleight of hand.  The books should be wide open to clear this up.
