Hey folks, Its not a conspiracy that RightMichigan.com has been down more than a time or two recently. The fact is, with the heat, and the Romanian surplus servers not being able to handle it, the connections fall apart once in a while.
Anyhow, for now, we are back.
Currently in the works, are US Senate candidate workups, and republican policy regarding primaries.
The MI GOP has pointed out recently that Stabenow is vulnerable, which gives hope to any of those who have thrown a hat in the ring already, and perhaps even more as time goes by. From a recent Press Release:
LANSING - With her record of supporting ObamaCare, the "stimulus," and higher taxes on the middle class, U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow would lose the election if held today, a recent poll indicates.
"There isn't a single social policy of Barack Obama's that Debbie Stabenow hasn't supported," said MRP Chairman Bobby Schostak. "These policies have inflicted continuous harm to Michigan jobs, our economy and - most significantly - on the working moms and dads of Michigan.
"What's amazing is that Debbie Stabenow is oblivious to the pain and suffering the Obama policies have caused for Michigan's working parents," he said. "Now Stabenow supports higher taxes, greater borrowing, and out-of-control federal spending. Senator Stabenow, we ask: Where are all the jobs, the balanced budget, and the long-term recovery?"
The poll, conducted by EPIC / MRA, surveyed 600 registered Michigan voters. An unbelievable 51 percent gave Stabenow a negative job-approval rating, and only 38 percent gave her a positive job-approval rating.

"The numbers speak for themselves," Schostak said
The poll comes on the heels of another EPIC / MRA poll showing Obama's unfavorable rating among Michigan voters at 47 percent, matching his slumping numbers nationally. Obama's overall poll numbers are dangerously low for an incumbent seeking re-election, especially in a state Obama easily won in 2008.
"Michigan families know that platitudes and excuses from Barack Obama and Debbie Stabenow haven't provided jobs; have caused their homes to lose value; and have taken from them the freedom to save for themselves and their children," Schostak said. "Don't underestimate Michigan voters. Democrats' policies of more debt, higher taxes, and jobless recoveries all point to why Michigan will be a battleground state in 2012."
And as most are aware, the meat puppet is still trying to spend money we do not have. With renewed interest in credits for batteries, electric toy cars etc..
Meanwhile, Republicans all over the state are discussing what manner of voting will be held in our primaries. As the Democrats move into their Caucuses, will the Republicans continue to have a sieve like selection process where after the honorable democrats select THEIR candidate, they can come over and select ours as well?
