Its been a busy year. In fact, between keeping the business afloat, deaths of family and friends, and personal political bids, its amazing I can even find the wherewithal to think, much less put those thoughts into readable and coherent text. As a matter of priority however, the text finds its way to the top. Hopefully as a time goes on, the big picture bears out the information flow's importance and effect on our political landscape, and ultimately on our lives. The truth shall set us free. Deception however.. abounds.

Capitol Confidential looks at three separate races in Michigan. Two of them for congressional seats, and the other a state senate seat. The focus primarily on news makers.
The 2nd congressional district The 11th District State Senate seat IMO? Leon Drolet is one of the hardest working advocates of responsible government out there. the state would be a far worse place without his efforts and influence. Jack Hoogendyk's voting record in the state legislature speaks for itself. I think it is impossible to find a more taxpayer friendly, constitutionally friendly, and uncorruptable legislator in the country. Not knowing the candidates running for Hoekstra's seat I have no opinion.. Perhaps someone else might? (1 comment) Comments >> By Jack McHughs Blog, Section News
