Prompting the concern is the Volt's debut in China next year, and news that Chinese officials are refusing to let the Volt qualify for incentives worth nearly $20,000 per car unless GM shares some of the vehicle's key technologies. Actually, with Volt sales figures... this may be a helluva lot cheaper on us taxpayers than building the ChiComs a NAFTA Bridge. You sure can tell we're approaching an election year.
